The hotel price is affordable. The staffs are helpful & polite,breakfast is excellent. Rooms are been cleaned regularly. You can easily get Bus / Train to City centre. Beside the hotel, you can do all shopping. Will definitely lodge there whenever I visit Paris.

Very nice stay close to the metro station

Very nice stay close to the metro station. Easy to find and can get to anywhere in Paris with a single t+ ticket. Room was clean and decent size. Wifi was working nicely.

Not a bad stay

Hotel was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very close to station and easy to travel into cities. Breakfast was okay. Receptionist was not rude but unwelcoming or cheerful at the time of check-in. Checkout receptionist was okay.

Affordable hotel in Paris

Great hotel and close to metro station. Easy to find, takes 25 min from CBD. Area is not overly charming but safe. McDonald’s and other small shops are there. We just used it to sleep. Great breakfast

Great Hotel in Good Location

Great Hotel and a reasonable price, rooms were spacious and clean. large shopping centre and Metro line station right next door. Approx. 25 minutes to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. have to change at Republique. A few restaurants locally which seem to shut before 11.00pm, no bars in walking distance to have a beer and the hotel bar did not open in the evenings. Neighbourhood was fine after dark. Would defiantly stay again.

Arrived at this hotel at night to some Arabic music, the room was too small meant for a single person, having 3 of us in the tiny room was claustrophobic literally walking over each other, the bath size was too tiny like 2’circle, the hotel location is good.

Bed bugs!!! In room 411. My traveling partner got bitten several times, and I found a very fat one that I squished and blood spurted everywhere! It was gross. We finally got another room at about 3 am. Full credit to the hotel staff, who were very nice and helpful, and the room was not used the next night, so they did take us seriously. Apparently this is not that uncommon in Paris. Hard to get to the hotel by car, (it’s in a travel restricted area), and there was lots of laundry (clean and dirty) in the stairwells.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Reseda paying €90 deposit was a shock, I wasn’t too happy seeing some of the staff having a shouting at a customer for wanting to takin her coffee to her room. Other than that is was clean and local to the Metro station

Overall good hotel for visit, Pros: Great staff, the front desk is staffed 24/7 and they were always both super friendly and helpful! Cleaning staff also super friendly and helpful! Locationwise it is also next to a shopping centre which contains both food places, shops and also a supermarket. It is also directly next to a metro and bus station for easy transport across Paris and only a 40 minute walk from an RER station that goes to Disneyland Deposit was refunded following visit within 24 hours with no fuss which was great to see. Overall price for the room was also very reasonable! Cons: Room was slightly in need of TLC, pipes/vent in the bathroom gave it a slightly funky smell which was a shame as where we were on the 9th floor it meant our windows didn't open There is the aforementioned 90 euro deposit that isn't listed anywhere when booking so best to be aware of this! Overall however for what it is this is a good hotel and will service the needs of anyone needing a reasonably priced trip to Paris so I would recommend!

You get what you pay for, including the attitude from couple of staff!! Majority of staff were really nice but you remember the obnoxious one! The two executive rooms I took were quite big and were maintained very well. The breakfast was good too. Loved it! Probably I should have read the description better, I was expecting atleast a water kettle and tea facility in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff and good location less than 6 mins to the Metro. No table in room, no draws for clothing, very noisy flush system on toilet, soiled curtains, badly scuffed flooring and walls and also very coarse towels and a 20inTV! Unclear how Expedia justified pricing markup which was double that at the property!
