"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"

She assigned 22 floor for us with clean room with daily clean up by Ms. Tong Ning - very polite and helpful. We will stay with them again whenever we visit Hong Kong. Highly recommended. "Convenient location, just 1 min walk from North Point MTR Station (Exit A1). Airport Bus A12 stop right opposite of Ibis Hotel North Point. Back to Airport just walk 4 mins to King's Road (2 streets behind of Ibis Hotel North Point) Rooms and bathroom are small but we understand because it is Hong Kong. One is the twin bedroom we booked, the twin single bed size is smaller than the standard size, have to sleep straight and scare to turn your body as might fall off from the bed. There are...
