"このアパートは現在工事中です。朝8時から夜6時まで工事の音が非常にうるさい。プールも半分は工事中。チェックインの際チェックアウトの仕方を教えてくれなかった。部屋にはインターネットも電話もなく、フロントもないので連絡のつけようがない。アメニティもなく、トイレットペーパーの補充もない。トイレは午前中に下水の匂いがする。 ホテルズドットコムに連絡したが、スタッフの対応が最悪だった。チャットは途中で切られるし、折り返しの電話をリクエストしたが、なかった。帰国後電話したが長時間待たされて繋がらない。 お部屋はまあまあだったが、まだゲストを泊まらせる状態ではないのでは？ このような部屋を紹介しないで欲しい。"

"Worth the money as 2 bed room for 2 nights can stay up to 5 people. Property condition was understandable not perfect but not that bad. Free parking (1 car park), 1 set of access card. The location was easy to find food from G floor, got grocery shop and shopping centre across the street. The unit I got not include microwave. Contact PIC easy and fast reply."

"No toiletaries even basic body shampoo. So loud the plane every hour from 6am till midnight 1am thorough the day btaking off or landing. Very bad soundproof, even next door talk softly on the phone you can hear so clearly. Water not going down when shower and in sink Cutlery only 1 pair and still have lipstick stain on the cup. "
