Hotel Pantai di Pantai Timur

"This was our first time in Punta Cana. Unfortunately this place has very little maintenance, if any. From what we heard, it’s a fairly new construction, however; the place is in bad shape - the kitchen has door handles missing and broken tiles. The AC and stove did not work. The place also needs painting. The beach in itself is beautiful. We had a great view. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, their office does not open until 10am which makes it very inconvenient to check out...

"If you’re looking for a hotel right in the center of everything and close to the beach, but not on the beach… This is the hotel for you! However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, don’t stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didn’t have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again. "

"Please save yourself a trouble. This place is not good at all. From the day we checked in till the day we left. It was a nightmare. Our taxi couldn't find the place. The address was confusing and we couldn't find the office. When we finally found, it was in a small little hot room. The guy who checked us in made us paid cash for the non refundable deposit. He said, it's for the electricity that we had to pay. I was not aware of that at all. We only stayed for four nights, how can we consume $100...

"Thee property was beautifull, rooms nice and spacious. There was not much beach area and very crowded, pools were in much need of update on tile & plaster. "
