"Love the pools but needed cleaning Close to airport Front desk friendly/helpful The construction was near our bedroom window so early in the morning. rooms well equipped with kitchen needs. Sofa was dirty and very uncomfortable. Hot water didn’t last very long. Fast elevators. Nice gym. grocery store walking distance. There was restaurants nearby. Plenty of Ubers. Check in and out easy no hassle. Not much to do on the island if I did it over again I’d stay all inclusive. "

"Amazing place to nature loving individuals. They have such an amazing and welcoming staff all over the resort. We had experienced disruptions on room service couple of times. Rooms stinks sometimes. Overall, beach and food was so nice."

"It’s a beautiful hotel that has almost everything you need from an all-inclusive resort. They started us off with champagne when we arrived. In the evenings, they had shows, silent disco, karaoke, dancing. They also have a pool table and ping pong tables outside so you can play anytime as a group. They have a tennis court as well and have instructors. The rooms were nice and big. All the rooms had a balcony and a small private jacuzzi on the balcony. The bathroom was big but has no privacy so...

"Loved the hotel it was in a new condition, very clean, everyone was nice, the room was really spacious, the pool area was really nice the only thing it’s by a Main Street so you’ll hear a lot of honking while out at the pool. Also the area around the hotel is under construction but I would definitely stay again I felt very safe. "
