"We had a great time, we have stayed at other Barcelo resorts and it could be the culture or management, we used Expedia and VIP at Barcelos is awesome during check in, not here never received anything related to VIP that we did not pay for. Pool side drinks hard to get. Empty cups everywhere removed the next day around islands. No one says hi unless you do.
