"No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó. Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante. La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente. Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

"This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of absolutely everything and the choices of dining and activities are limitless. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, my experience...

"I have stayed at Puerto Libre 4 times now, and I will continue to stay there every time I visit the island. I've done the all inclusive resorts, and another smaller hotel, but nothing compares to Puerto Libre. The view is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and it's so conveniently located/walkable. "Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. "

"Explorean Cozumel has been our hotel for the last several years. Several kilometers south of town, it is much closer to dive sites than many other hotels. Good choice of restaurants. Welcoming and helpful staff. And they have done a lot of important maintenance work since the last time we came in 2023, when the place was hurting badly from weathering Covid."

"We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. "
