"The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. The staff is amazing!! We had an issue with our AC not cooling properly and we called the front desk and they had someone working on it within10 minutes. They offered us another room until our AC was repaired but we loved our second room so we stayed. The hotel even gave us a $180.00 credit! Everyone was very accommodating and attentive. The only con is the breakfast buffet. For the price they offer minimal choices and the eggs in the buffet...

"Absolutely LOVED our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the beach was gorgeous, the food and drinks were great, so many good dining options, great pools, view from the room was great... can't say enough good things about this place. Would absolutely recommend it for anyone traveling to Puerto Vallarta"

"Fiesta was a lot of fun. Daily pool activities were inviting for all. Rooms were very clean. All rooms are ocean view with balcony. The pool appeared to be quite old and the swim-up bar could use some maintenance. Service, however was great! "

"The location and cleanliness were excellent. The buffet always had fabulous options, and the staff in the restaurant were amazing. The gym is excellent. However, the heaviest DB is 25kg. Rooms were modern yet comfortable and large. The front desk staff were friendly. The published policies are not inclusive. New rules are created depending on who is working. For example, there isn’t any music around most of the resort. It’s very quiet. The policy says you can play music if it doesn’t...
