Clean room, staff very friendly but is too far from downtown, and the room we got was close to the street and you couldn’t sleep well because of the noise from cars and trucks motorcycles etc. bed was too small for my husband and I. Also it took us 1 hour to get to the International Airport in Morelia. The amount I was charged was not the original price. Very disappointed about this too .November 2, 2025.

Great hotel

It was a great experience! My kids loved the heated pool and the room was very clean and spacious. The hotel's personnel was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

En general, la estancia fue muy buena. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y el personal fue amable. Cuento con estatus de lealtad que incluye posibles upgrades cuando hay disponibilidad; aunque pregunté y había habitaciones disponibles, no se me otorgó el upgrade, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante, pero no fue un problema mayor. Mi principal inconveniente fue con un objeto olvidado. Reservé una habitación adicional para mi hermana y ella dejó accidentalmente su abrigo sobre la cama. Llamamos al hotel y nos dijeron que revisarían con el personal de limpieza y nos devolverían la llamada, pero han pasado varios días sin respuesta y ahora las llamadas van directo al buzón de voz. Hubiera sido mejor contar con un seguimiento más claro.

El desayuno continental incluido es pan tostado, café y fruta, así que debe pagar por un desayuno, después de las 3 pm no hay servicio de restaurante y son tremendamente lentos para el servicio de restaurante.

Pésima atención y trato en todooooo. Fui al área de alberca la cual por cierto están sucia y olía a pipi, pedí toallas varias veces y la encargada molesta me dijo que si me urgían por qué las estaban lavando, obvio yo no llevé toallas y mi peque se quería salir de la alberca. Nos dio hambre y 5 a las tres ordenamos comida, ya no querían vender por qué el restaurante cierra a las 3, al final accedieron a vender, a las 3 con 5 ya no pude agregar nada a mi pedido, ellos me vendieron lo que quisieron. Me empecé a tomar un refresco que yo tenía y me querían cobrar descorche. Tardaron años en llevarse los platos sucios. La puerta del cuarto no funcionaba bien. Salí de mi habitación u al regresar estaba abierta y fue que me percaté que tenía mala para cerrarse. Olvidé un cargador de IPhone y llamé para ir por él pero lo hicieron perdedizo. Los cuartos muy pequeños y encerrado el calor.
