"The hotel was great! We had one of the rooms that was connected to the pool; definitely recommend! The staff was always very helpful and friendly! The only down fall is the how inconvenient it would be to get a ride to Patong due to location."

"We were happy with our stay. Our room was gorgeous and a nice size. The view from our patio/balcony oversaw Patong beach and the city. AC, TV, Wi-Fi all worked well. Staff were very nice. They kindly held our baggage after checkout for 6hrs before departing to airport without charge, thank you so much! The only cons are it’s a little pricy and located on a mountain/hill. There is a small convenience store nearby that you can access. It’s easier to walk 10mins downhill to the beach, restaurants...

"The stay at the Liv Hotel was absolutely great. The staff were first and foremost very welcoming and kind for the entirety of the stay. When we were set to leave, our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. The staff did not hesitate to arrange to have us back at our original hotel room, with fresh towels and amenities topped up! The hotel also offers a shuttle to the downtown area several times a day. I did feel that the property was a bit expensive, as it is slightly dated. "The staff were outstanding! So friendly, so many people work here, alwsys someone near to help out. We had an airconditionning problem and they installed a new one, worked till 9:00 at night to make sure it worked and to make sure we were happy, one day, a small article fell while cleaning our room and the cleaning crew waited for our return to let us know and wanted to make sure we knew about it. That proves their honesty! It impressed us! I highly recommend this hotel, facing the beach far...

Water filter on every floor however low everyday but available all the time in the gym to refill water bottles. Room comes with 2 bottles daily which was great.
