Hotel Mesra Alam di Pantai Naramata

"We loved the outdoor pool! Also loved the wide balcony in front of the rooms. The only issue we had was that the front office staff were not particularly friendly or helpful and seemed pretty bored with their jobs. Other than 1 female front office staff who gave us tips on interesting places to sightsee. She suggested going to Naramata which was a beautiful drive along OL. "

"Beautiful view of the lake, nice pools indoor and out. Great for the kids. Was disappointed the board walk was being worked on and couldn't go on it, and the outdoor hot tubs not open. Other than that it was perfect for our family stay."

"The renovations are fabulous. Rooms are clean, well-appointed, stylish and comfortable. The grounds are lovely. We were very pleasantly surprised and loved our short stay. Will be back!"
