Also, coffee bar wasn’t replenished so didn’t get any coffee on my second morning. Not the best experience when you are expecting a nicer hotel. Also, a breakfast buffet was advertised but non existent, only a bar style restaurant near the lobby."

"Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!"

"We loved our stay. I didn't realize I had booked in West Kelowna and was a little disappointed when I saw the location. The property is very clean. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was a hit as well. We would definitely stay again. "
