Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort

8/10 Good

"The room was beautiful. But our washroom smelled like urine the whole time. Brought it up to front desk staff and they sent someone to clean our bathroom but still smelled like urine and we asked for a manager to call us but never received a call. The young staff was very indifferent at times be at the valet or hosting stations. It took three phone calls and an hour to bring an electric kettle to our room. We were just looking for a cup of water. Said they delivered it to our room but that was not the case. The brunch was over priced for what you got. The Yorkshire pudding was hard as a rock. Nothing made this worth the $55 dollar price tag and dishes were not available when we came and had to ask on two different occasions. After this experience with the brunch buffet we decided not to have dinner at either of the two restaurants at the resort and went to dinner in town instead. The resort is beautiful and hopefully if we come back these few little issues will be resolved."

"Free parking and great location , stayed a week and our room had a lovely view of the hills . Don't forget to bring your own cooking utensils and cooking pot, but full size microwave and oven/stove and fridge were perfect for us. walking distance to a great beach, mall and 5 min drive to downtown Kelowna waterfront. Will for sure stay again."
