"We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were kind and cheerful, and the location was very convenient, with a grocery store nearby and easy access to the gondola."

"The room was a good size and nice to have 2 bathrooms if you have more people. The location was awesome and central. The front desk girl I spoke to on the phone and manager were apologetic and provided compensation for having to wait for our room, which was appreciated. Would stay here again!"

"The loft suite had a nice gathering for my birthday celebration for 4 of us. Downstairs had a living room with a pullout couch. We hung out there lots when we were in the room. The front desk gave us drink vouchers and discounted parking rates for my birthday, along with a handwritten note… so make sure you mention it’s your birthday if it is. "Friendly staff cleaned daily unfortunately some of the sheets and pillows had stains and wood ceiling had web and dust that was not attended to. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay central to hub of everything."
