"If you want to listen to a dog barking day and night this is the place for you . We barely checked in and asked about the neighbors dog and were told they would move us but then ghosted us. There are permanent tenants in the adjoining apt that have dogs and they are allowed to bark without any repercussions. This is not a relaxing property at all. "This is such a special place for our family! The staff is so friendly, the accommodations are beautiful, and the views are spectacular. A few shining stars that were exceptional with their service were Rafael at Las Marias Restaurant, Enrique at Los Riscos Restaurant, and Arturo and Jesus poolside at El Patio. "The room was nice, large enough for 3 with a full kitchen. Considering everything in the area near the resort including the resort is expensive; cooking in the room was appreciated. The private beach, pool and the hot tubs are very pretty and nice. They have nightly entertainment but you need to pay 90$/head for a buffet to enjoy the show. "The rooms were very nice and clean. And cooled down from the heat. The staff was very nice and always attentive, the valets were amazing and its nice of them to shuttle you around if you dont want to walk from place to place on the resort, its a big resort. We enjoyed the walking and the exercise as we werent there to be lazy like some, food and drinks were great all over the property. We will be coming back for sure."
