"The One bedroom deluxe room advertised indicated a computer desk was provided as an amenity. This is apparently not standard - and the listing on Expedia needs to be updated. Other than that - the property well appointed and was really clean where it counted - bedroom, cupboards, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen and super clean fridge. "Great rooms for a great price. Central to everything. Lifts take a very long time and are quite run down as is the rest of the lobby - however the rooms are nice. Being central to everything is great, however it also means it's quite noisy and loud. Wouldn't recommend for a family but okay for a couple or friends attending something nearby."

"This hotel is located perfectly right in the heart of Broadbeach. The moment you walk out the door , you have eateries, restaurants, bars , clubs even a supermarket & chemist ALL within 200m !!
