"Nicest staff ever! Pool is beautiful and big, our poolside bungalow was also very spacious, the grounds are nice and the beach is a couple minutes walk. They cleaned our room daily and the breakfast included delicious Burmese food with western cuisine. We enjoyed a small beach party as well, every Wednesday. "

"Lovely property with fantastic staff. Special mention for Rainnie for all her help resolving transport and changes. Villas arw spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Shower pressure is good. Towels are big and special towels provided for those who attend parties and need to wash off paint. Little kitchen area and kettle and large fridge with bottles water. Very quiet at night. Decent size pool and sun loungers. Nice gym area too. "

"Beautiful hillside property. The spa, pool, sauna, bars were all brilliant. About a 2/3 steep walk up the road and then down to the beach but worth it. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and had everything you need."

"We arrived as a couple with two teenage girls and booked 2 villas. This was our fifth time in Haad Yao, but our first time staying at this hotel — and it did not disappoint! The surroundings are amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful sea views. Room service was efficient and convenient.
