"We had an amazing stay at the frangipani villa, which is one of the Zog villas. The staff was super helpful and was able to accommodate all our requests. The managers Ms M and Ms Chonny were prompt in their responses and they made special arrangements for my birthday celebration at the villa, including a private chef . "Excellent stay, staff was very kind, friendly and professional, the restaurant serves exquisite food and the pool takes your breath away, rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you may need, magic! It is windy though and the bathrooms don’t have a door, that is a big downside. "

"Our GEM made our stay so relaxing and all our needs were taken care of. The treatments at the spa were expensive but dreamlike, we had 4 unforgettable treatments. The view was stunning. The breakfast food was 5/5. The buffet was marvellous, with an a la carte included. The hotel's accessibility could be improved. Not every staircase had a handrail. "

"Perfection! This Villa was everything we wanted, private, peaceful, beautiful setting right on the beach. The restaurant was fantastic, delicious with a great selection of meals and drinks. Breakfast is generous and The Banquet and Bbq evenings are fantastic value (bbq includes a fireshow) The gardens are so beautiful and our pool villa was immaculate and regularly serviced. The best thing was the staff- generous, welcoming and lovely, very helpful and supportive. We are sad to leave, we will definitely return! We feel relaxed and recharged at the end of our stay :) "
