Villas arw spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed is huge and very comfortable.
Shower pressure is good. Towels are big and special towels provided for those who attend parties and need to wash off paint.
Little kitchen area and kettle and large fridge with bottles water.
Very quiet at night.
Decent size pool and sun loungers.
Nice gym area too.

"Nicest staff ever! Pool is beautiful and big, our poolside bungalow was also very spacious, the grounds are nice and the beach is a couple minutes walk. They cleaned our room daily and the breakfast included delicious Burmese food with western cuisine. We enjoyed a small beach party as well, every Wednesday. "

"Beautiful property with very kind and helpful staff. You can easily rent motor bikes or get taxi’s to town. There are no elevators and a decent amount of stairs. It was fine for us but I could see how it might be a problem for older or disabled people. "

The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. "The beach area was beautiful it was clean the easy to reach from the hotel , there were other restaurants based along the beach so dining experience was wonderful to be beside the sea which is has not tidal . The area was quiet but this made it more special. The staff were most helpful and assisted in arranging a collection and drop off to the local ferry port.
