"The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock). If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before). There is a new shopping centre (Mydin) nearby and there are other shops within...

"I arrived in Melaka city, malacca, and found out that this hotel is actually located in kota bharu. The phone number provided by expedia insisted that the hotel was in Melaka, but I Had to phone the actuall hotel which confirmed the location somewhere else. I contacted Expedia and they yet haven't responded. Do not book this hotel, it is the WRONG ADRESS."
