"The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. "Only good thing is all the staff at the front desk and especially Mohamed. Property is brand new but seems the owners want to save money as much as possible. So for an Accor group 4* hotel and brand new hotel they are extremely understaffed."

"The toilet didn’t flush, only one hand soap in one bathroom , when asked the guy he said you are supposed to bring it with you. Would not stay there again if I had a chance. Good property , good location but very poorly managed"

"Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Asteria Belek. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, weitläufig und insgesamt für ein großes 5-Sterne-Hotel gut gestaltet. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Der Strandabschnitt ist schön, allerdings war es am Vormittag oft schwierig, einen freien Sonnenschirm oder eine Liege direkt am Strand zu bekommen.
