"Amazing holiday at the Regnum. All the facilities are exceptional. The resort is huge. Always a sun lounger available on the beach or pool any time of the day. We especially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. Only thing the buffet didn't have a good selection of vegetarian hot food and the evening show is at 10pm which we found too late."

"Very overpriced for what you get, food is average and no choice but one restaurant with average quality food. Alcohol not included in stay. You have to pay for all food and water inside park otherwise you waste your time walking back and forth to hotel. Other all inclusive deals are much better with Lots of variety. We stayed 5 days , and believe 3 days are more than enough."

"The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. "We stayed in the resort for the first time with family for a week. Overall the staff is very polite and their service is excellent. The bedroom is very nice but some appliance can do updating. Food is excellent and the Italian a la cart is the best and we go there pretty much every day and no booking needed. The pool and the beach is nice and it's cleaned every evening by staff. We would definitely return to this resort with our any problems."
