"Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe. "Das zimmer war so heruntergekommen und ekelhaft. Man hat sich geekelt auf toilette zu gehen. Es lagen Haare auf dem bett, kissen und auf der bettdecke. Schimmel im badezimmer, extrem verkalktes weißes wasser, staub und Haare lagen auf dem boden, dreckige fenster. Der pool war so dreckig obwohl kein mensch am pool war. "We have had a joyful stay at Kaya Belek! The staff are very professional and helpful and the room is spacious and spotless. The food provided is international and properly cooked. It was a bit too cold for us to use the outdoor pool and the waterpark on site was refurbishing, but the indoor pool was heated at 28C and the kids enjoyed a lot in there too. Would definitely recommend! "
