"This property is the perfect spot if you are using Venice as a jumping off spot to somewhere else. The hotel is across the street from the airport has a shuttle service that is easy to use and their restaurant stays open late. We arrived at Venice airport at 9:00 pm. The shuttle was there to pick us up five minutes after we called. We told them that we needed dinner and they stayed open for us."

"We had a great stay here! The hotel was just a few minutes away from the main areas of Rialto Bridge and San Marco, but it was far away enough to be quiet and crowd free. Free breakfast and an elevator. We chose a room with an AC unit and a bathroom in it, but not all rooms do. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent, literally a 1 minute walk out the front door from St. Mark's Square, while also nicely positioned to walk most anywhere on Venice. The staff were very competent and helpful and the breakfasts were especially good.
