"This was a perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully."

"This place is absolutely beautiful -it‘s like staying in a place! It is right off of the square, so extremely convenient. Breakfast is at a sister hotel, about a 3-minute walk. It‘s a little confusing to find because of all the odd streets & not being familiar, but Apple Maps works well. Overall great - I would happily stay there again. "

"Great location a short walk from St Marks square, close to great restaurants, shopping, gondolas, private water taxi pickup area, Rialto, etc. Has a great terrace to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening vino, listening to the church bells. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Easy check in/check out. The only downside (and we knew this when we booked it) was climbing those 72 stairs to get to the room. "

"The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"

"Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "

"We've been to Venice many times and have family there. This is the first time staying at the Baglioni and it did not disappoint. We upgraded to a Suite overlooking the Venetian Lagoon and it was simply amazing. The Breakfast Buffet was great with a wide variety of breakfast fare. We could even order off a breakfast menu as my wife isn't too keen on buffets. We had previously booked a Glass Blowing Demonstration in Murano that my family had made, and the Hotel offered their private Water taxi to...
