"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I checked into my room but ended up leaving shortly after because the conditions were unacceptable. The room had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, the light switch was broken, and the door bolt did not work properly, which raised serious safety concerns. Overall, the room and surrounding area did not feel safe or well-maintained. Because of these issues, I did not feel comfortable...
