"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great! We had breakfast in the restaurant, it was delicious. Our waitress was funny and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would be that we did not have a refrigerator in our room and the ice bucket was too small LoL will definitely stay again."

"Perfect for just a room, but don’t expect any amenities such as ice machine, refrigerator, or microwave. The location is incorrect and in a dangerous zone of the city (9th and mesa) and there’s no designated parking space. Overall I had a decent experience but I wouldn’t come back unless I desperately need a cheap room. P.S., the motel is also inaccessible for people with disabilities so be wary of that."

"I like the location, easy walk to port, restaurants, museums. This hotel is poorly run/maintained. I could feel the springs in the mattress (plus a dip) on my side. No iron or ironing board in the room. I had to ask reception for one. No blow dryer in room. The chest drawer would not stay closed. I had to prop with a napkin. No coffee maker. Only two bath towels in room, I had to request additional. No “do not disturb door hanger”. The swimming pool area was closed and the pool empty. The window...

"Excellent experience at the QM. Loved the ship experience, promenade deck, ArtDeco bar, tour … Great and helpful staff. Room is ~90 years old with limited upgrades but who wants to spend time in the room anyhow. Would definitely do it again!"
