"The hotel was clean. My room was clean and came with a full kitchen and full size fridge. They peovided a hot breakfast which was really good. The staff at this hotel was not friendly at all though. When I got there, the staff memers at the front desk were condescending. They said my room was not ready and that it would be ready by the time I unload my car. Well I couldn't because I had my 2 dogs there with me, so I waited in the lobby, in fron of the check in desk for 30 min. When my room was finally ready they let me know and then said, o do you have dogs? Silly question it seemd as I originally walked in with them when I checked in AND sat there with them for 39 MIN. Very condescending staff. Not professional. Over all, the hotel is nice but staff members get 100% thumbs down for customer service. Please don't be in a customer facing environment if you can't provide good friendly customer service. They also did not tell me anything about breakfast service, where the elevator was located, what the pool hours are or when check out is. Zero actual communication. There might as well have been a kiosk there like Vegas for check in and checkout. Atleast then there is no expectation of human interaction, let alone good customer service. "
