"Had to swap rooms twice after check-in. The 1st room had a busted-up fridge that couldn't close properly, and the 2nd room disgustingly hadn't been cleaned yet with sauce/stains/hairs/debris all over the counters, beds, and appliances. The 3rd room was finally fine. "

"I was disappointed! I was told my room would have refrigerator & microwave was told only refrigerators NO MICROWAVES. Also room was never cleaned! I asked service desk 2nd day after getting out late (11:00am) 3/28/26 that my room needs to be cleaned! After getting back to hotel about 7pm room was never cleaned. It was good I had extra towels. I was really disappointed & knew I was leaving the next day therefore I let this behavior go! Don’t know if I would use this hotel again! But thanks for asking👍"

"The rooms were not clean at all. We came as a group for a volleyball tournament and were extremely disappointed. Being told there was no housecleaning staff, there were no towels or linen was disgusting. Some teammates left for other hotels as we were told they overbooked and nothing could be done about the rooms. The lady that was there in the morning was very helpful and accommodating but overall it was not a good experience. "

"The rooms were dirty, dead lightbulbs weren't replaced when requested, the breakfast was cereal or oatmeal and the coffee was burned. Our third story window was wide open with no screen when we entered. Thankfully staff installed a lock at our request. The springs on one bed were so broken on one side that you could slide off the bed in the night. It's high on the list of the worst motels I've ever stayed in"
