"Great stay"

"The room was clean and comfortable, but it was quite noisy, especially on our last day. The very young girls who are the cleaning crew, were sitting right outside our door chatting, laughing and playing on their phones waiting for us to check out even though we had more than an hour till checkout time. "Great location. We walked from the cruise port in 20 minutes. Walked to the train station in under 15 minutes. Breakfast was great. They have gluten free options too. Rooms are a good size. You have shopping, restaurants and everything around including the waterfront and old town."

"The hotel facilities, the dining, the staff were all absolutely fine. The room, however, was on 2 levels with even a step down on entry. Awkward. It was situated at the front of the building over some sort of service room with a generator or boiler that emitted a constant drone all through the night. "Daisybank cottage is a must for anyone looking to stay in the New Forest. The room was perfect - spacious, spotless and huge fluffy towels in the bathroom. Lovely touches in the room and so thoughtful. Great breakfast and friendly welcome. Its perfect for various walks without the car to get to start points, and close to pubs and eateries nearby. I will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
