"The front desk check in associate John was very friendly and and eager to get us checked in so we could rest. Property was very clean, room was spacious and clean and food from the restaurant was hot and fresh."

"Great place to spend the night before morning flights. Breakfast starts at 4:00 am. Ate dinner in the restaurant had the hamburger was good , I said no onions please. Found one on my burger as staff walked by. They knocked off the beer I had off.my bill. Chatted with manager on way out was a pleasant fellow"

"This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. I like that our room had a separate toilet room from shower room. There were plenty of places to store luggage, clothes, etc. They provide earplugs in case it gets too loud downstairs, but we didn’t really need them. "Rooms and inn itself were great. Service at dinner was extremely slow to the point where we had to flag down a different staff member every time we needed something basic like getting water, ordering dessert, or even paying our bill. The restaurant also had the most uncomfortable restaurant chairs ever. Definitely not what we were hoping for after a long hard day of hiking up and down Conic Hill. It literally hurt more to sit than stand"

"Beautiful location and maintained well. Reception could have been more helpful as I was travelling alone to explain the amenities on arrival. The restaurant was full until after 8pm (I was working from 6:30pm so couldn't eat in the restaurant) therefore it would have been helpful to offer a limited menu in the bar area as I believe there was nothing in the vicinity according to reception either. The breakfast staff didn't ask if I had been to breakfast previously so it was not explained where...

"We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants...

"Everything was perfect! The hotel was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. The only minor drawback was that the advertised swimming pool and gym are not located on-site and are approximately 4 miles away. Anyway, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."
