"Room was dusty. Ordered room service. It arrived quickly pizza and chips. Pizza had so much cheese it was inedible. Asked reception to order a taxi for the next morning 6.30am as I was going to Ross Hall Hospital and for extra coffee. Neither was done. Helpful overnight staff sorted it. Hotel felt dated with clunky keys."

This meant that we either had to keep the door ajar, or one of us had to remain in the room at all times to let the other in. Obviously this was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. "

"We had to leave early to catch our flight, so we missed breakfast. A traditional pub/hotel. Our rooms were above the pub, but we were provided earplugs for Friday and Saturday nights. Food was terrific. Rooms were small, but expected for the price and quality, cozy atmosphere. "
