"I love staying in this hotel, it has all I need. The one criticism I have and it is big for me is the gym is poor! The three treadmills have not been serviced as the tread belts are jerky unless you run at over 6mph/10kph min this can be injury inducing. The free weights are none existing and there are no mats for core work. People on travel for work deserve the facilities to keep fit."

"スタッフの方が皆さんとても親切で、英語がほとんど話せない自分にもフレンドリーに接してくれました。バーが遅くまで開いてて、ライブ帰りにビールが飲めたのがありがたかったです。部屋に戻るとお掃除不要タグのお礼カード（バーのビールをサービス？）が入ってて、バーに行く前に気付いてたら、、、と残念でしたが（疲れてたので寝ちゃいました）とても粋なサービスだと思います！"

"Could not have had a better experience. The staff were so welcoming and accomodating. They assisted us in a really early check in. Their breakfast is a traditional scottish breakfast and was delicious. Highly recommend staying here. "
