"Didi and his wife treated us nicely all the way and supported us with helpful information all over the trip and even beyond. The place was super clean and the breakfast superior. "Comfy bed, friendly staff, hot shower. WiFi is horrible, you need to sit outside to have good signal. The building is staff house for staff of several resorts on the island. No holiday atmosphere. People really live there. Dirty towel of guest before me was in the closet. Staff is friendly but could explain all the buttons in the room (hot water/airco etv) and be a bit more hospitable."

"Booked Malinja homestay for 8 days and do our own cooking while on holiday. First impression took us aback to find the house lack of maintenance. We got loose taps, no bathroom sinks or mirrors. Loose door knobs at almost doors in the house. Understandably due to its location in Kampong area, expect some pests(ants, flying bugs and house lizards.. Water heater for display only. "In the middle of nothing. Owner seemed surprised when we got there even though we booked weeks in advance. There was no WiFi as claimed on the website. Room didn’t look like the ones in the picture. It was very dirty, smelled of smoke and there was frogs, ants and other insects. Didn’t really seem like they cared about their guesthouse or guests. "

"I had a good time in tanjung rhu report. Not only is peaceful, the ambience is simply just welcoming. Food is great, staff are friendly and room is so comfortable, big and clean! The money i paid for with my family is simple so worth it. I wish to thanks to their manager Hafiz Hashim and customer service lady Izzati not to forget the porter service young guy for being so attentive to my needs and helping me with my late check out and arranging my baggage and taxi to the airport. Your services are exceeded beyond my expectation and i will definitely come back and recommend to my friends to enjoy their stay here in the future. Kudos to Tanjung Rhu resort!
