All staffs greeted us with a smile at all time, and they even personalized our 25th anniversary with decoration and a custom made key chain; a small but meaningful gesture. Room service & turn down service were great. Pool and beach are clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the food; it was not bad, but not eye opening either. We will definitely consider going back if we can."

"The room was very spacious since somehow they gave us a VIP room, but it was quite a bit out of date. The staff was unprofessional. They took half an hour to check us in, didnt give any voucher for breakfast (I booked a room with free breakfast), and doing something else on their phone while helping us.
