"The resort is beautiful. Large spacious clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathtub was huge and an amazing design. Delicious breakfast. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The kids club could do with a refurbishment, but they did different activities with them every day which they enjoyed."

"The apartment we booked smelled stinky. Fortunately, we were able to switch to bungalows. It was also dirty, never cleaned during our stay. We only got bottled water on the first day, there was no kettle in the room and we never got it even though we asked for it. The bed had sheets but no sleeping sheets. We did get it the next day by asking again. Refrigerator absolutely terribly dirty with Geko feces everywhere. The staff were very friendly but somehow indifferent to doing their job well."
