"Front reception was friendly and professional. The room was clean and quiet. The bed on my side was soft but for my husband on the other side of the king bed was firm. He slept well but I didn’t. The breakfast was good, hot scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, sweet bread and more. The parking was safe and hotel in a good area."

"I had to change rooms due to a cleanliness issue but luckily the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The room I ended up getting was a bit cleaner, although I did have a pincher bug as a bed mate when I want to tuck myself in."

"Decent property. Very helpful staff. Clean room but furniture is simple and dated. Biggest complaint is the tight and limited parking, which seems to be the norm for the area, but make sure to try and get a 2nd floor room as the building is not well insulated for noise. I heard every step taken above my room. Being right on PCH adds to the noise, hence why they provide ear plugs."

"We came here from just staying at another Ayres in Moreno Valley. Immediately upon arriving we noticed that the staff was not friendly.. Both at the front desk and in their hotel restaurant. "What we thought was a room upgrade (corner room with spectacular beach views) during daylight hours turned into a nightmare for sleeping as the constant noise from the partiers and motorcycles/low riders late into the night - even on a Wednesday- made for one of the worst night’s sleep ever. Not sure why they didn’t give us the room we reserved since each one is different and we got a double instead of a king"

"This hotel was just what we were looking for. The location was ideal! It was walking distance to Laguna Beach where my kids enjoyed boogie boarding. We were able to check out beach chairs and umbrellas which was awesome at the front desk. My kids (13 and 14) could walk to get food in either direction. We were next to a beautiful park that had the best walking paths to enjoy the ocean and smaller beaches that we took full advantage of each morning for sunrise and sunset. The spa and pool was...

"Make sure you check you room before getting comfortable or restroom had a bunch of hair around the toilet and shower I went to lay on the bed and there were random sugar packets that where open on the bed and the bed had some type of stain possible a Make up stain don’t recommend "
