"We originally got a room with a bay view but did not have a bay view at all. We had a view of the ceiling with dirty, still water. We called the front desk to ask if any other rooms were available. We ended up paying more for a room in another building. We had to move all our items over ourselves. "

They need some serious training, being rude and standoffish is not the level I would expect from Pendry. Property and rooms are 11/10 Staff needs serious work. Be nice to people. That simple. Be helpful. Be accommodating. "
