"It was perfect! Finally, they have comfortable beds and cool room - great a/c! Love the pool access and access to SmacNalley’s right across the street! My favorite place to stay! Folks in the office were very friendly and nice! "

"I booked here, Outer Banks Lodge, for a last minute getaway and it waa perfect. I didn't get an oceanfront room but the room was literally on the other side so it took a minute to get to the beach. The pool was big with enough seating for plenty of guests. I have already looked at dates to come back and stay here. I honestly think my favorite thing was NO KEY CARD, the locks were electronic so I didnt have to worry about losing it at the beach."

"This was the forth time visiting Ocracoke, The Pony Island Inn was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed! Also loved the ground unit, no steps to worry with! I think this was the first place we’ve ever stayed that I didn’t have to ask for extra towels and wash cloths…Great housekeeping team!!!"

"Really nice place. Biggest complaint is the cabin we stayed in had a tiny kitchen but had about everything you need and was able to cook in a couple of nights. Place was clean and the full porch on the front was great to sit on. "

"Second time staying here. All rooms are immaculately clean. Included separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, toaster, fridge, sink, and dishes, utensils provided - plus bathroom and bedroom. Located right at the Hatteras Village Marina with great views of the boats coming and going -- beautiful sunsets over the inlet. Several really good restaurants in short walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back."

"Unique! You are right above the waves crashing all day long! Then miles of open beachfront to walk, look for shells, just enjoy. Jamie at the front desk is warm and friendly and so determined to make sure you have an awesome experience. The property has the gorgeous weathered wood so typically Outer Banks."
