Poorly designed toilet paper holder was a bit frustrating as the tube kept getting hung up on the two prongs and would cease to turn until being centered again between the two prongs, only to slightly shift again requiring yet another realignment. The two chairs in the room (one a rolling desk chair and the other one a causal chair) were very uncomfortable. The seats in both were very hard and sitting in either one...

"Paid for a six night stay in full. Left a day early due to loud construction that starts at 6:30 am every morning. Was charged without notice a $294 early departure fee. When I checked out the gentleman said nothing as I would have kept the room empty vs pay again for a night I had already paid for. When I asked Hilton they said I need to read the fine print on website. I asked the representative Alex to send that to me and he said he couldn’t to look at website. Be aware loud construction...

"The room smelled strongly of marijuana, cigarette smoke, and mold when we arrived. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't cool the room very well, and the cigarette smell lingered throughout our stay. By the time we left, our clothes had absorbed the odor. The refrigerator was one of the few positives—it kept everything cold, and the freezer worked perfectly. I would recommend keeping your food in grocery bags while it's in the fridge.
