The room was the most spacious we had in our Japan travels! Very clean hotel, nice accommodations and amenities. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Quiet overall. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Oriental Express. The room, the rate, the location, the staff, all first rate. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel right in the middle of the action in Osaka.

It was very quiet. Comfortable beds. Nice tub to soak. Very clean. The staff was friendly and tried their best to help. I would stay again if I go back. Location was convenient to areas of interest.

Right next to Shinsaibashi shopping and food area and walkable all the way to Nanba, this hotel is placed strategically for travellers to get out and immediately start your Japan experience. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is maintained well. The rooms are small but that is to be expected for hotels in metropolitan Japan cities but they are well furnished and equipped.

Hotel is very near Shinsaibashisuji shopping street. 8mins walk from metro station though. When I book it, it shown as a pair of connecting rooms. But when I check in I was told there is no connected rooms, the rooms are just next to each other. Rooms are very small. Will recommend this for the location though.

Recently stayed here whilst we were in Japan, enjoyed our stay. This was an easy 15minute walk to Dotonbori and other amazing food places. Good coffee close by Also they provide beverage refreshments which was great! Would recommend staying here

Though bathroom is smallest in all 3 hotels I stayed in & it’s kinda far to Dotonbori but it’s walkable & near the train stations. Area is also safe to walk @ night. Price also is very affordable. Will recommend this hotel to friends & family.
