"Walked into hotel. No one at desk. Rang bell waited several minutes before a man walked out talking on his phone. I could tell it was a personal call. He kept the phone on the counter and continued talking while checking us in. That aggravated me. Call them back!!! It’s a clean hotel with a comfy bed, comfy sheets clean towels.
