"Excellent location, very close to Guerneville, Armstrong Redwood State Park, Healdsburg and Russian River Wine Country. Beautifully maintained house and grounds. Excellent service with deserved Michelin "Two Keys" recognition. Very cute intimate Inn, with fun and relaxing wine tasting on site each evening along with help yourself smores (and cozy outdoor fire pits). Highly recommend! Will stay again."

"Spectacular ocean-side rooms in Shelter Cove, what more could you want? I loved the coffee shop located on-site, and the views are simply spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt right at home."

"We will not be returning. The front desk is only open for a few hours in the morning and before our stay started we called multiple times and never got an answer. Once we were turning in for the night we pulled the linens back to find a dead bug smeared into the sheets as well as random small stains scattered around. Once we called the after hours number someone came and told us “welcome to the country folks” and was very condescending. The room was also insanely dusty and an allergy nightmare....

The location was excellent, with great restaurants nearby and fantastic walkability, which made it easy to explore the area without needing to drive everywhere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. The only slight disappointment was the continental breakfast, which was a bit underwhelming...

"We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being close to the ski area which made everything very convenient. The room space was a little small, but it felt cozy and comfortable. The hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and overall we enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a simple and cozy getaway near the slopes."
