"The first valet, we gave him 5 bucks and said we were just dropping off luggage as we had to return car. He walked away. Then this young man came up and wow, impressive as he ran and grabbed a valet for hotel, explained they are full service and asked if we need help im the morning and told us those assistance services as well. Sold! In that one man alone. Customer service is everything and the other entitled older man, wasnt mean, just didnt help and took the tip he didnt even deserve. Shouldve...

"The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and up-to-date. My only negative point as a larger person is the bath towel towels are not nearly big enough. But this seems to be the case in most hotels."
