"An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. The room was very well appointed and a comfortable size for central London, with excellent soundproofing from external noise and between rooms. The bed was great and the bathroom...

"I loved everything about the Wilde but unfortunately cannot give five stars since the water pressure in our bathroom was terrible. There was air in the pipes and the flow would just trickle and stop at times…staff gave us access to another suite for showering and even offered us a different suite but it was a hassle to repack and unpack again…I will stay there again provided it is a lower floor and no plumbing issues! Staff are absolutely lovely and I really felt cared for ❤️"

"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

"I was very pleased with the check-in process. Even though I was early there was no fuss I was just given a room. I’m sorry I didn’t get the young women’s name but she seemed to be there most days I was coming and going and was always pleasant and helpful with any questions. Overall a great place to stay right beside Thames River."
