"Management is nice and the price is cheap the hotel in general is questionable bed bugs and roaches and mold in the bathrooms are a common thing here which the hotel does nothing about it the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is cause ac works tv works and it has running water and electricity "

"The only issue we had was when i tried to call the hotel to tell them we'd be checking in late and needed a shuttle in the morning, they could not help me because I went thru hotels.com. and I'd have to call you guys. Finally they said they'd transfer me to the front desk and they just said no problem as long as your here before midnight and let them know about the shuttle when you check in. This was after 10 minutes of hold and begging with the other guy."
