This was one of the one of the worst hotel experiences I have experienced in a long time. First of all, I checked in after 10 PM and had to call from a phone in the exterior lobby in order to be granted admission into the hotel. That was an immediate signal that the area itself was significantly unsafe. but the worst was to come. Once I checked in and went to my room, I discovered that not only the air conditioner didn’t work, but the TV didn’t work as well. When I went back downstairs to report this to the front counter and get switched to a different room I found nobody at the counter. I waited along with another guest for 15 minutes for somebody to show up, but to no avail. So because it was now after midnight, I went back to my room and went to sleep with the plan on addressing this issue in the morning. When I went to the counter to check out and report the issues I was told by the receptionist that they would look into the issues, but there would be no adjustment to my bill despite the fact that there was no working air-conditioning or TV in the room. When I ask why I was simply told that there was no explanation other than the fact that I would not be receiving a refund. Customer service was nonexistent and the attitude that I received while acknowledging the hotel stay was bad was completely ridiculous. I would encourage anyone reading this review to trust this review and disregard anything you read that says this place is great. It is a lie.
