"The resort in beautiful. Very friendly staff. The price is reasonable. The only negative..Young children in the vip club room should not be serving themselves to the food trays. Make the club adult only or inform parents to serve their lovely sneezing children."

"I love the entance in hotel and was always acknowledge by the staff at the front end and by staff doing their jobs. I found their continental has a simple and quick chooses for breakfast. I also enjoybthe breafast in th Resturant. It is old hotel but it clean and warm theme. My only drawback is I wished I had small folded latter so I could plug in hairdryer on my own. As I found the plug a little to high on the wall. I go back to this hotel in the furture."

"We are from the Waikiki area but this is the first time I've stayed at the Queen Kap. I get coffee in their lobby all the time when I come to town. I was there with my elderly father to bring him back to the island one last time to relive and revisit his childhood memories. The hotel was a perfect location for us because he grew up in Kaimuki neighborhood. I was able to arrange an electric scooter that allow him to get around the property and the area.
