the room itself wasn't beautiful or anything- but it was nice enough. the staff were attentive, friendly and kind. the pool was nice ( hot tub out of commish, but thankfully the pool was warm enough to go in) it was a great stay- thank you!

Staff was great but the hot tub was closed, the pool looked unappealing with a rusty broken liner, and the fluorescent lighting in my room and throughout the hotel was annoying. Way overpriced more like a motel than a hotel. And while my breakfast was comped due to the hot tub being closed it was inedible…. It would have been nearly $20 for French toast - no meat or eggs - if it wasn’t comped.

Staff was professional and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean! Well stocked, toiletries good and smell nice :). Location is very convenient, next to highway exit. My only constructive criticism is they need to change the carpets throughout. Hallways and elevators look old because of this. The rest of the hotel is clean, looks updated. I would stay there again :)

The staff was terrific. Very courteous, responsive and accommodating. The area that needs improvement is the room itself. It’s very dated and worn. The shower door was loose and there was a hole in the bathroom door. The room overall is very much in need of an update. Also, the pillows were terrible. Small and too mushy. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience. I was only there for 1 night. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.
