"Really great experience and property. Very friendly staff and the room was huge but we did book the grand room. Location was excellent with two stations nearby that can take you to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi as well as others of course. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to Osaka."

"Really great hotel. A somewhat residential neighborhood but close to the castle, lots of coffee shops, bakeries, and good restaurants. Was nice to be away from the crazy touristy areas. Our room was enormous with a kitchen and dining area. Plenty of space for 4. No breakfast, but we didn't mind with all the places nearby."

"It was a brand new hotel so everything was new. Nice appliances and fixtures. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has free shuttle bus to tourist attractions which saved us time and money. Also very good location for many conveniences. Only issue was that we stayed for 5 nights and room didn't get cleaned as scheduled. "

Kids loved the bunk-beds and it was definitely handy having an in-room washer-dryer. The room was comfortable for a family of 4 but we were disappointed at there being no good views as the hotel is only a few stories high, in a quieter street. I had high expectations due to the Mimaru brand having great reviews especially for families, and while it ticked all the boxes...
